Cutting the pattern

Since the fabric is a woolen fabric it does not show if the fabric is upside down or not. I rearrange pieces to get the most out of the fabric.

1, darts in back.

Pleat in back skirt.

Back top to back skirt with a beautiful heartshape.

Pocket flaps. 

Pockets.

Pockets and side skirt.

Flap on skirt front.

Side skirt to skirt front. Handstitching the difficult corners. Sewing pockets. 

In bodice front cut to shoulder dart.

Sew darts in bodice front.

Sew to skirt front.

Sew neck (Bodice front to bodice back).

Make mittered sleeves.

Rightside out. 

Sew lapel to facing 

Sew front lining to facing and lapel.

Darts and pleats in back lining.

Sewing sleeves.

Finished lining. Back

Finished lining front.
