Pattern review: no pattern: circle skirt

This became such a fun little skirt. Summery and colorful. Long and wide enough to cover everything while playing in it (although I would always put a legging underneath.

The pattern

No design, Cut it itself. The dark blue wax is a circle skirt, the light blue is a gathered rectangular.

The fabric

• ca 0,1 meter light blue african wax
  
• ca 0,5 meter dark blue african wax
• ca 0,4 meter light blue quilting cotton.

Instructions

Look at the scraps. Rectangular pieces are great for quarters of a circle skirt. Longer small pieces are great to gather.

Fit:
The  elastic waist is very forgiving. Because off the fullness of the skirt it doesn't ride up when bending down.

Conclusion

Fun little project to get some great use out of scraps.
