Pattern review: B*trendy #9; 1759 tunic

 

In the last minute I decided to make a cardigan. I really like it although it doesn't look anything like the original anymore. The two part sleeves is perfect for this big knit fabric and I really like how it came out. The vest is really nice and warm for coming winter.

The pattern

Tunic with raglan sleeves, turtleneck, 2-piece sleeves and kangaroo pocket.

Additional info:

• 92-176 (EU)   CA 2yo - 16yo (US)
• Recommended fabrics: Fleece, jogging.

The fabric

• Big knit in mauve. 70% cotton, 30% polyester. 500gr/m2. Through: stoffentijd.nl/
• I used 50 cm.
  

Pattern instructions

Instructions are not very elaborate, but pattern is not that difficult.

Fit

I made a size 104 (4yo) so it's a bit big. I expect the cotton to shrink a bit more though.

Conclusion 

Love the fabric and like the pattern. Will probably give it another go and make a 'proper' tunic.
