The pattern

shirt has cap sleeves and baby snaps on the shoulders.
These shorts are decorated with six buttons on the center front yoke and two back pockets. It puffs up a bit because of the elastic in the legs. Buttonhole elastic is incorporated in the waist for a good fit. With this you determine the width yourself and you can adjust it.

The fabric

• ca 0,45 m cotton with print for the top
  ca 0,30 m cotton with print for the shorts.

Cutting the fabric.

Top is front and back on fold. Shorts are front and back on fold. Side seam of shorts are near the front.

Biastape from cotton for neck opening and leg opening. 

Instructions:

Instructions in magazines are never very elaborate. I usually go by numbered notches and seams. What is confusing is that the same pattern pieces are used for different patterns. Which means you really have to take a good look on what line to use. (long/short bodice, long/short sleeve, seperate short etc).

Fit:

Looks on point.
