Additional info:
  • 6-14 or 14-22. I made a 22.
  • Recommended Fabrics : lightweight to medium-weight woven fabrics. like Broadcloth, Linen, Pique, Taffeta.
  • rated avarage
  • pattern envelope: reissue from 1952
The fabric
  • ca 1,5 meter punti di roma in truqoise
  • ca 0,8 meter cotton plaid. Both through stoffen.net
Cutting the fabric.

The skirt pieces are very wide. If you use a fabric that you can use upside down, it will save a lot of fabric.

Instructions:
are complete.

Fit:
I made a 22, and it runs very big.
So a couple of things on the sizing. Other reviews too mention there is a lot of ease, which there is, more than the pictures show. The solid fabric is a very stable knit so I could omit a zipper. But still... It fits a 39w pregnant belly without stretching the fabric so that can not just be because of the knit.
If you want a more fitted look, size down at least one size.

Conclusion:

Next version two sizes smaller.
