Pattern review: SELF DRAFTED; GATHERED SKIRT

 

Scraps left from a skirt I bought (uni yellow cotton) and a cotton jersey (with suns) are perfect for a gathered summer skirt.

 

The pattern

Gathered skirt with elastic waistband.

The fabric

• ca 0,4 meter fabric, cotton jersey from familyfabrics.nl
  
• ca 0,1 meter fabric, cotton from store bought skirt.

  

Instructions:

Gathered skirts are perfect for rectangular pieces. I added an elatic waistband and a lettuce hem.

Fit:

Made to fit her right now.

Conclusion

I don't even have that many skirts for her. So it was well needed.
