Sew along: Knippie 05/2018: baby overalls

 

The idea 

For a niece or nephew coming in September I thought I would make some baby overalls. 

The pattern

Overalls with A-symetrical zipper. Legs have a flap in the back that can be folded to cover feet. Sleeves are extra long. Hoodie. 

 

Additional info:

• 44-74 (EU) (Premie to 9MO - US). I'll make a size 74 
• Recommended fabrics: Fleece

The fabric

• 0,8 meter outer layer (red and blue are wool; pink is fleece)
  
• 0,8 meter lining (jersey)

Cutting the fabric.

Some scraps from outerwear are perfect for these overalls. The pattern asks for lining for the hoodie only, but I want to line it fully. I also cut some details from the lining (jersey).
