Pattern instructions
The magazine shows all the steps in their magazine, but for the written instructions and the lay-out plan the refer to their site. First time using their instructions might be a bit confusing (what is the right/wrong side, what table to use, what pattern sheet to use), but once you are used to it they are pretty elaborate for a magazine. 
Fit
My bustsize put me exactly in size 48, but it is very snug. Next time I would give it a bit more space in the side seams. 
Conclusion
I tried it first without elastic in the sleeves, but that looks very wrong. The sleeve is sewn in a nearly 90 degree angle between the straps and the bodice, leaving a lot of fabric in that corner. If you don't sew it with elastic, the sleeves will hang like curtains along the side of your bust. If you don't want elastic in the sleeves, make flutter sleeves. The internet has many hacks for these sleeves.
