Sew along: Burda 06/2021: dress 130

 

The idea

I have some striped linen I want to play with. I think the skirt part of this dress is perfect to play with stripes.

The pattern

halter neck dress with a-symmetrical skirt and a zipper in the side.

The fabric

• ca 1,0 meter fabric, linnen with stripes or the rainbow jersey 

Cutting the fabric.

The skirt is made from some rather large parts. The overlaping front and the back is cut from one piece. I changed the straps as I thought a halterneck would not be very practical for kids.
