The idea

I bought this lovely French terry and thought it would look great for a fall jumper. 

The pattern

Who needs another jacket this spring when you can pull on this comfy oversized jumper? It's 100% child friendly with its standing collar and easy-peasy snap closure. The wrist trim and hem band are finished with ribbing fabric. The cool kangaroo pocket at the front is the perfect spot for storing sweets, knick-knacks, and treasures. Cool feature: the horizontal lapped seam across the back.

• 2-14 yo. I make a size 6
• Recommended Fabrics : knits like French terry, sweatshirt fabric, or jacquard. Use ribbing for the wrist trim and hem band.

Cutting the fabric.

Cutting the fabric I was left with almost half of it. It definitely can be more economical if you are flexible with the folds.
