Cutting the fabric

The front, the back and the four sides are cut on the grain. The skirt was cut on the bias. 

I cut the skirt a bit shorter to save fabric. I omitted the collar.

 

Inserting sidepanels to front and back.

Attach skirt to front and back.

Inserting sleeves.

Hemming skirt and sleeves, finishing neckband.
