What to do with halve a meter of fabric. How about some vintage patterns. This glitter sweat will be a pinafoe

The fabric

• 0,5 meter glitter mustard sweat
  

The pattern

Pinafore dress with (fake) pocket flap

Cutting the fabric.

I was able to cut the pattern as is, but had to cut the lower skirt on the cross grain.

Pocket flaps

Princess seams.

Topstitching as illustration shows it and I like the style.

Sewing shoulders of dress and facings.

Topstitching facing with fancy stitch

Sewing skirt to bodice and for front put pocket flaps in between.

Love it, it is glittery and fun.
